北京嘉润律师事务所高级合伙人彭夯律师成为上海国际经济贸易仲裁委员会(上海国际仲裁中心) 新一届仲裁员，任期至2021年4月30日。这也是彭夯律师第三次连续受聘。

经上海国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（上海国际仲裁中心）第三届委员会第二次会议审议，上海国际仲裁中心换届后的《仲裁员名册》与《调解员名册》于2018年5月1日起施行。根据上海国际仲裁中心《章程》的规定，本届仲裁员、调解员的聘期为三年，自2018年5月1日起至2021年4月30日止。

上海国际仲裁中心此次仲裁员、调解员换届共收到境内外申请、登记材料共1470份。经上海国际仲裁中心遴选与惩戒委员会初审，综合考虑仲裁员、调解员候选人的专业特长、办案需要和社会影响力等因素，并报请上海国际仲裁中心第三届委员会全体会议审议，最终确定了新一届仲裁员、调解员名单。

Lawyer Jeff PENG (PENG Hang), a senior partner of Dowway & Partners, has been appointed recently as one of the arbitrators of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center, hereinafter referred to as “SHIAC”), with a term of three years(from May 1st , 2018  to April 30th , 2021). It is the third time for Lawyer PENG to get such an respectable appointment.

As approved by the second committee meeting of the third session of SHIAC, the new Panel of Arbitrators and Panel of Mediators take effect from May 1st, 2018. In accordance with the bylaw of SHIAC, the term for the two new panels is three years, from May 1st, 2018 to April 30th, 2021.

SHIAC received 1,470 domestic and foreign application and registration forms successively. After the preliminary examination by the Selection and Disciplinary Committee of SHIAC, through comprehensive consideration of the professional expertise, the need of case management and professional influence of the candidates, and after reporting to the third session of the Committee for deliberation, SHIAC finally determined the new Panel of Arbitrators and Panel of Mediators
