荷兰中国商会副秘书长张幼薇女士莅临本所交流洽谈

本所与荷兰中国商会长期保持友好合作关系。8月2日，荷兰中国商会副秘书长张幼薇女士莅临本所，本所高级合伙人陈玉龙及张威岩与张幼薇女士进行深入交流。张幼薇女士介绍了荷兰侨商的投融资需求总体状况，双方就以一代一路发展为契机，为荷兰侨商与境内企业合作搭建桥梁达成共识，并初步设计了合作模式。

荷兰中国商会以中荷两国中小企业为主要服务对象。在中荷两国政府有关部门和商贸机构的支持下，作为一个具有多种专业化职能的全国性商务组织，她将为广大会员及企业提供下列五大服务：

一、提供各类信息，帮助各界及时了解市场，有关企业和投资的基本情况。

二、为增进企业间的了解和交流提供各种中介服务。

三、提供咨询服务，当好企业投资经营和开发的参谋。

四、为企业进行宣传，推广服务。

五、为投资经营提供设施和人员服务，当好顾问。

Youwei Zhang Visited Dowway Partners

Dowway Partners maintains a long-term cooperation with Dutch Chinese Chamber of Commerce(DCCC). On August 2, 2015, Vice Secretary-General of DCCC Youwei Zhang Visited Dowway Partners and had a significant discussion with senior partner Yulong Chen and partner Weiyan Zhang of Dowway Partners. Vice Secretary-General Zhang introduced the overall condition of investment and financing needs of Dutch overseas merchant to two partners. Then, both sides reached an agreement that a cooperation platform between Dutch overseas merchant and Chinese enterprises should be built on the background of “One Belt and One Road”. And both sides preliminarily planned cooperation modes at last.
DCCC regards Chinese and Dutch small and medium enterprises as main service objects. With the help of both sides’ governments and business agencies, DCCC will provide members and enterprises with the following 5 services as a national business organization with multiple professional functions:
1. Providing any kinds of information and helping clients to understand the basic information of market, relevant enterprises and investment.
2. Providing any kinds of intermediary services for promoting the mutual understanding and exchanging of information.
3. Providing consulting services and being a good adviser for enterprises’ investment and management.
4. Conducting propaganda for the enterprises and promoting services.
5. Providing facilities and manpower for investment and management, and advising enterprises dutifully.
